Hallo Gurhel,

Sorry to say, but I'm not the clever fellow who came up with the tutorial. You can follow his DIY instructions here:

From the looks of it, only the trigger book, a copy of Sherlock Holmes, is bolted down to some mechanism. I'm guessing that the other volumes are heavy enough so that they won't get flung when the door opens (that or that the bookcase door moves slowly).

On the book shelf, which my wife thinks is a cool idea.. ya for marring a geek, do the books stay on when you close the door or do you have a guide or something holding them there?
