    Seriously, you can NEVER stop amazing me with your hair drawings! I'm telling you, my screen must have so many smudges because I always rub the screen because it looks so real! :)

    i kinda like the idea of the text as the face. we use faces to recognize people, and the text is a good metaphor for that. not that it was intentional (or was it? dun dun duuuun)

    this is why you need to go back to school. 'cause you love it so much.

    Hi Penguin,

    (nods) Good eye! I purposely shaped the type to mimic the contours of Thom's face. Although, admittedly, not as much thought was put into Jenny's face. I also wanted to use the type as a means of identifying the people in the portraits since their hair styles aren't instantly recognizable, say like Elvis's doo.

    Oh, I definitely want to go back to school! Thanks for the support.
